Oneplus 6 struggling to download apps

I've never once experienced this many problems with any device right out of the box. I'm experienced in being able to re-set-up a phone. I chose OnePlus because of the community involvement, reputation, etc. As soon as I disconnect from Wifi and let my mobile data do the work, all the apps come down incredibly fast.
